STOCKTON, CA – The Tidewater Art Gallery located in downtown Stockton welcomes Don Hall for a second exhibit titled Big Heads. The exhibit began on Monday, March 7 and ends April 1, 2011featuring a series of enlarged portraits mostly grayscale pastel on paper.

“I was scheduled to show the series of Big Heads for last September [2010] but my artwork was stolen from my garage. I had to exhibit older work so, I rescheduled the Big Heads with Tidewater for March 2011” said Hall

Hall is known for exhibiting other art mediums,”I have known Don Hall more as a ceramic’s artist, I am surprised with his present exhibit,” shared an attendee during the 3 hour Tidewater’s reception hosted on Friday March 11th.

Hall holds a Masters in Fine Art from Stanislaus State and teaches drawing at California’s Modesto Junior College.
