Rain or not, Tracy lit up downtown

Tracy, CA / Bilingual Weekly

Downtown Tracy filled its wet streets with the lights of tens of Christmas-themed floats on Saturday, December 4, 2010. The rain did not keep people from lining up the route of the Tracy Lights Parade, cheering and snapping pictures of the gilded vehicles and bands slowly heading the Tracy Transit Station, where the City’s Holiday Tree was lit, and where children could visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
